Both stunning in its presentation and flavor authentic paella is one of Spain’s most famous and delicious dishes. Join us to master this meat and seafood dish using the finest of ingredients from saffron, sofrito, and Valenciano paella rice to chorizo.
Guest chef Frank Machado will demonstrate how to prepare this savory and satisfying dish then you will work in teams to prepare your own pans of paella. We’ll start class with the preparation of tapas and the perfect summer drink and paella accompaniment, Sangria. Paella is a great dish for entertaining or family gatherings. You will feel a great satisfaction carrying a massive pan of golden-brown rice and goodness out to the table and the pleasure of digging into one.
