Spend some time in our kitchen having fun and learning how to make delicious candies fitting for Valentine’s Day and gift giving from a master of sweets, Terry John Zila! This is a great class for adults as well as the young chefs in your life. This class will be a mix of participation and demonstration instruction. Kids will enjoy this class as well. Ages 10 and up are welcome.
Caramel Corn – light and buttery toffee crunch caramel corn.
Cashew Brittle – perfect homemade brittle with a sheer crunch that you cannot buy.
Chocolate Rum Truffle – after this class you’ll be able to create professional-style truffles with ease.
Last but not least, Homemade Marshmallows.
