Spend an evening preparing a scrumptious Italian feast based on fresh produce, fresh seasonings, and fine meats.
In this class we’ll be making pasta dough from scratch. We’ll roll pasta into several shapes, including ravioli, lasagne sheets, and fettuccine noodles.
