While enjoying a light lunch, learn how to make some Italian classics with chef Terry John Zila – Cannoli (crème filled pastries) , Terrone (Italian nut and nugget confection) , St. Joseph’s Day Crème Puffs (Italian crème puffs with custard filling) Brutto Ma Buono (ugly but good cookies) and Italian Almond cookies.
