Demystify the art of fresh pasta and learn from chef Jessica Tijerina in this hands-on class how to make fettuccine and two stuffed pastas with accompanying sauces and a spring soup…all from scratch.
We will discuss ingredients, flours, fillings, sauces and tools. Then you will knead, roll and cut your own pasta. Join us for an evening of messing up someone’s else’s kitchen.

- Spring Minestrone Soup with Pesto stuffed Tortellini
