Enjoy an afternoon of learning while you taste savory sandwiches, delightfully light scones and a sweet mini dessert and of course,,  enjoying tea.  Instructor will focus on the history of tea time , which courses are served and presentation – garnish skills.   Wear your favorite hat as we will be awarding a prize to the “best hat “.    This is a Demonstration style class
