Each participant will make and take home their own tart, ready to serve on the upcoming holiday. You will not only have the skill and confidence to recreate another but also the tart pan needed to do it !

Pastry Making: Meme will demonstrate her pastry making techniques and teaching you the secrets to achieving the perfect flaky texture.

Filling Preparation: Next, it's time to prepare the delicious berry filling. You'll learn how to wash, slice, and arrange an assortment of fresh berries – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries – to create a visually stunning and flavorful filling.

Assembly and Baking: With the pastry dough and filling ready, it's time to assemble your tart. You'll carefully line your tart pans with the pastry, fill them with the berry mixture, and expertly crimp the edges for that professional touch. Then, pop them into the oven to bake to golden perfection.
