Incredibly versatile, pie is the dessert for all seasons and is always a crowd-pleaser.  Chef Terry John Zila will show you the secret to making a delicious pie – its crust! You’ll learn how to make the dough by hand, successfully roll it out and whip up delicious fillings.  

Demonstration with some participation.   Ages 14 +.  Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
