Merchandise Return Policy

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund.  

  • Cash Receipt: Cash Refund 

  • No Receipt: Store Credit issued 

  • Gift Receipt: Store Credit issued 

  • Credit card purchase with receipt: Credit card refund which will normally take 4-6 days to see on your statement, depending on your processor 

Defective Products will be replaced or returned.   

Seasonal Products return will be considered on a “situational basis.”  

Clearance Product, Special Orders and Gift Certificates are final sales.  


Class Cancellation Policy

Cooking classes are non-refundable. Under no circumstances are refunds given for classes.

Please understand a lot of time and resources go into the advance preparation for your successful culinary experience. In the event that you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another guest of your choice for that class.

We do not cancel classes due to weather.

If Grand Fête cancels a class, you will receive a voucher to register for another class. The voucher is not valid for other store purchases. Only classes.

Privacy Policy

Grand Fete respects your privacy. We will not share, give, rent or sell your email address, mailing address or other personal information.  When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date and email address. We consider this information to be private and keep it on a secured server to protect it from outside parties. We use this information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We do not share your private information with anyone. For your protection, we do not store any credit card information after your transaction has been completed. This information must be re-entered each time you purchase from our site.  

To remove or update your subscription to our email list, simply go to “safeunsubscribe” on the bottom of the email and your name will be immediately removed.
