Meet Kathie Armstrong - Kathie’s Bakery Founder

Join us for a special demonstration with Kathie Armstrong, founder of Kathie’s Bakery and author of an inspiring cookbook filled with her signature recipes. Kathie will showcase her delicious mixes, sharing expert tips and techniques straight from her book.

Her mixes have only 3-4 ingredients in them, add the wet whatever the recipe calls for and add your ingredients to make them yours. Her cookbook with 50 recipes, each with 1 of the mixes. Many of the recipes were her mother’s old tried and true recipes that she adapted to work with my mixes to make them super simple. You can make cookies, bars, cake, and desserts from each of 4 mixes. You never have to worry about what to make for that special day.

Watch as she brings her beloved recipes to life, demonstrating how easy it is to create bakery-quality cookies at home. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or just getting started, this is the perfect opportunity to learn from a true expert, ask questions, and taste some irresistible treats!
