Chocolate truffles get even better when you make them with flavored balsamic vinegars! Learn how to create beautiful truffles that are sure to WOW your tastebuds!
Diana will help you temper your chocolate, pour it into cute little molds, add balsamic vinegar and chocolate fillings. This class is part demonstration as well as participation.
Select from our wide variety of balsamics to create your own truffle cream. Blackberry, raspberry, espresso, maple- yum !!!
*This class includes a take-home silicone mold and 18 balsamic chocolate truffles in a candy box and a take-home information sheet.
Diana Hirte is a professionally trained Wilton instructor with a passion for the culinary arts, specializing in cooking, baking, and cake decorating. With years of experience in teaching both beginners and seasoned enthusiasts, Diana brings her expertise to a variety of classes that range from basic baking techniques to advanced cake artistry.
This class is BYOB, so feel free to bring your own beer, wine or cocktail. We will provide water and coffee/tea upon request.
