Blood Orange, Fig and Honey Vinaigrette
Yield: ½ cup
Ingredients
¼ cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
3 T Fig Balsamic Vinegar
2 T Honey
2 tsp zest of any Citrus (orange, lemon, lime, etc.)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
1. In a jar with a tight sealing lid add all ingredients and shake well.
2. Pour over a salad or use as a marinade.
