Cranberry-Lemon-Serrano Bites

1 pkg Frozen Puff Pastry (17 ¼ oz)

½ Brie Cheese

1 jar Lakeside Gourmet Cranberry-Lemon-Serrano Jam

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°F

1. With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the pastry sheets into approximately 3x3" squares. Press each square into a muffin cavity.

2. Cube the brie cheese - about a ¾" cube for each (you may have a little left over). Place a cube of Brie in the center of each puff pastry square.

3. Top the Brie with a small dollop of Lakeside

Gourmet Cranberry-Lemon-Serrano jam.

4. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until puff pastry corners are toasted lightly brown.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
