It’s Hot Air Affair in Hudson and we are celebrating by baking cookies with professional baker Diane Hirte.

Saturday, Feburary 8th 10-11am

Ages 6-11. Adult presence is not required unless you feel your child will be most comfortable. (Please note participant must be able to stay focused for a 1 hr class )

Specially designed for our young bakers, this interactive and kid-friendly workshop will inspire creativity and fun as they transform simple sugar cookies into adorable festive holiday masterpieces. This hands-on class is perfect for kids aged 6 to 11 as it promotes, creativity, teamwork, friendship and the sweet satisfaction of edible art. 

Professionally trained, Diana Hirte will provide the hot air balloon cookie shapes and guide them through creating fun and whimsical designs using a variety of decorating techniques that include piping, fondants and royal icing.   

 Each participant will take home 3 beautifully decorated cookies, and receive Diana’s sugar cookie & frosting recipe to re-create at home.

Class size is limited to 12 for best experience .
