Ben Jung is a chef with training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minneapolis. His culinary career includes roles at Café Tango and Bon Appetit food service at Macalester College. Additionally, he has experience working with Italian cuisine at Ciatti's Italian Grill. Chef Ben, Hannah and their blended family work as a team in their new endeavor, Hudco to Go which opened March 2024. His approach emphasizes fresh, local ingredients and community involvement
