Whether you're a seasoned home cook or a novice in the kitchen, our "Garden to Table Broccoli" class promises to inspire you to embrace the beauty of fresh, seasonal ingredients and create delicious meals with confidence. Join us for this combination demonstration and hands-on culinary experience that celebrates the best of garden-fresh broccoli! (Gluten free alternatives will be provided for these recipes, as they are easily adaptable)

Menu :

  • Broccoli Rabe, Potato, and Rosemary Pizza....Simply one of the best white pizzas!!!  The crust is crisp and rich with olive oil and perfumed throughout with garlic.  The mozzarella creates an ultracreamy base. Blanching the broccoli rabe and cooking the potato slices beforehand are tricks to this very tasty pizza!

  • Lemon Broccoli & Caper Couscous....Broccoli, Chickpeas, Capers & Couscous provide a fabulous side dish!  Add your choice of protein, chicken or shrimp and you have a main entree!

  • Creamy Broccoli Soup....You will love this dairy-free version of creamy broccoli soup, using coconut milk instead of cream!  Dive into the process of creating a velvety smooth soup enriched with the natural sweetness of broccoli, aromatic herbs, and creamy goodness.
