In this demonstration & hands-on cooking experience, Meme will guide you through the process of making the perfect crepe batter and achieving the ideal texture for your crepes.

Delight your taste buds with the art of crafting delicate crepes filled with mouthwatering combinations of flavors, including savory asparagus mushroom crepes and lusciously sweet creamy rhubarb crepes.

Class Menu:

  1. Asparagus Mushroom Crepes: Explore the harmonious marriage of flavors in these savory crepes filled with tender asparagus spears, sautéed mushrooms, and a creamy cheese sauce. Learn how to saute mushrooms without a big pile of liquid at the end.  Asparagus mushroom crepes are a delicious, light entree to put your new skill to work!  Add a light, butter lettuce salad and you have a lovely spring lunch or light dinner!
