Start with Pumpkin Hot Honey Flatbreads, where you’ll master the art of balancing sweet and spicy with a homemade hot honey drizzle. A quick, easy, great appetizer for fall.
Next, dive into a Pumpkin Risotto with Bacon & Parmesan, learning the techniques to achieve a creamy, rich risotto topped with crispy bacon for an irresistible savory bite. This is a most delicious seasonal pumpkin risotto...full of fresh thyme, white wine, a little butter and honey for some sweetness! It's the perfect side for any meal this time of the year!
Finally, satisfy your sweet tooth with a Chocolate Pumpkin Swirl Cake—a moist, marbled dessert that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just looking to enhance your fall menu, this class will leave you with new skills and mouthwatering recipes to impress friends and family all season long. You can roast your own pumpkin or use canned, either is terrific for this tasty cake. Each participant will take home their own 6" individual bundt cake.
