  1. Thai Spicy Green Beans with Oyster Sauce and Sesame Seeds
    Transform fresh green beans into a vibrant side dish packed with flavor. You’ll stir-fry the beans with a savory blend of oyster sauce, garlic, and chilies, then finish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds for a nutty crunch.

  2. Pan-Seared Salmon with Thai Tamarind Sauce over Jasmine Rice
    Learn to pan-sear salmon to perfection and pair it with a rich, tangy tamarind sauce. Topped with crispy fried onions and served over fragrant jasmine rice, this dish delivers a delightful balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors.

  3. Coconut Ice Cream with Sticky Rice
    Indulge in a classic Thai dessert that’s both refreshing and satisfying. Creamy coconut ice cream is served atop sweetened sticky rice, creating a perfect harmony of textures and tropical flavors.
