These authentic recipes are among her favorites and some you may have never tried before! Join us as we walk you through the streets of Thailand and learn how to make these iconic dishes.

This class is part demonstration as well as participation!

MENU

  • Thai Apple Salad-learn how to prepare a crisp apple salad, tossed in a refreshing honey Thai dressing and garnished with roasted cashews for added crunch. This salad provides a sweet and tangy counterpoint to the spicy, creamy curry.

  • Red Curry Salmon Fillet - You'll learn how to prepare a succulent salmon fillet, perfectly cooked and smothered in a fragrant red curry sauce made with a rich blend of coconut milk and red chilies. Pair your salmon with fluffy jasmine rice, delicately scented with Thai basil to enhance the curry’s aromatic flavors. 

  • Sticky Rice -To finish off the meal, we'll make a traditional Thai dessert: sticky rice infused with creamy coconut milk and served with mango alongside a scoop of ice cream. This sweet and creamy treat offers a perfect conclusion to your Thai-inspired feast, bringing together the flavors of coconut, rice, and a hint of vanilla.

By the end of this class, you'll have mastered the art of preparing a gourmet Thai-inspired meal, from savory to sweet, that's sure to impress guests or add a special touch to any meal at home.
